20.06.2024 : Signing of the ProMilès manifesto

On 20 June, our Managing Director Thomas AUZANNEAU and the Commandant of the Ecole Nationale des Sous-Officiers d’Active (ENSOA) in Saint-Maixent L’école, General Alain DIDIER, signed the ProMilès manifesto.

What does this manifesto consist of? SOVAM is committed for a period of 5 years to :

• To recognise the commitment of the men and women of the armed forces, who have an essential responsibility to the country and who demonstrate unfailing dedication,
• Adopt and promote a benevolent and respectful attitude towards our employees whose lives are directly or indirectly marked by their commitment to the armed forces, and ensure that this benevolence is integrated into our corporate culture, 
• Pay particular attention to employment opportunities that may benefit military spouses and veterans, by setting up specific programmes to facilitate their professional integration,

• To take account of the needs of staff involved in the Operational Reserves, by offering them flexible and appropriate working conditions,

• Work as closely as possible with the armed forces’ ad-hoc structures, in order to strengthen synergies and make an effective contribution to support initiatives,

• And publicly demonstrate its support and commitment, by communicating regularly on the actions taken and the results achieved, to inspire other companies to follow this example.

This landmark event reflects our commitment to actively supporting those who serve our country and to creating an inclusive and supportive working environment.
