I/ Can you introduce yourself and tell us more about your background? What are the qualities required to carry out your activity?


I’ve worked for around ten years in the field of international transport and logistics, in a number of different areas. First in international transit as a Transit Agent and Customs Declarant, then in the aeronautical industry as a Transport Buyer and Supplier. I’ve also traveled extensively. My past experiences, both professional and personal, make me very open-minded, rigorous and self-reliant. Organization is also an essential quality in this profession.

 

2/ What motivates you to do this job?


Human relationships are my main driving force. I have a major coordinating role within SOVAM, which puts me in contact with all the company’s departments. Team cohesion is very important, and we all work towards the same goal: to move SOVAM forward and satisfy our customers.

 

3/ What do you like best about your job ?


What interests me the most in my job is the INTERNATIONAL dimension! I’m passionate about traveling. I love discovering and understanding new cultures. My job allows me to be in contact with people from all over the world, and I appreciate these exchanges where interculturality and difference are key. These contacts enrich and nourish me. I feel the need to fly away to be closer to my customers.

 

4/ What values do you stand for? How do you see the future in terms of development ?


Sharing, solidarity and humanity are the values I uphold, but also those of SOVAM. We are all very concerned by our profession at every level of the company and we have a common goal: to make SOVAM grow.
